Submission Guideline


The participants are obliged to submit in accordance with the submission guideline that is outlined below. 

Requirement #1: Team Profile (If you are not a company) / Company Profile + Team Bios
The team bios should cover all of your team members information. We highly recommend to include the bios of the whole team who are involved in the development of the solution. 

If you are a team or individual or group of individuals,

  • Top 3 Project Highlights (Optional)

  • Brief description/Background of the personnel
  • Past Experience
  • Document Type for the Requirement #1: Word Document or Google Doc. You may submit the document in your preferred language, English or Burmese. 

    Requirement #2: Presentation Slides ( maximum 15 slides )
    The participants are required to submit a presentation describing your solution within no more than 15 slides. Slides beyond 15 slides will not be reviewed and will not be considered in our assessment of the presentation. Please also note that there will be a pitch training session to help you to develop your pitch deck(presentation). The training session will be announced accordingly. 

    Document Type for the Requirement #2: PowerPoint or Google Slides or Keynote. You may submit the document in your preferred language, English or Burmese. 

    Requirement #3: Proposal
    The participants are obliged to answer all the baseline questions. If the participants want to include additional information, please also include in the proposal. The entire document, including the baseline questions and your additional information, is recommended to be no more than 10 pages.. Please note that the additional information is not mandatory. 
  • A brief description of your solution
  • How is your solution relevant to the challenge?
  • How is your solution effective in solving the issue?
  • How the solution could be scaled up and what are its potentials?
  • What are the impacts of the solution?
